"本議院注意到梁文堅小姐(32歲)在廣州未經法律審理程式被驅送勞教2年，還注意到她的被捕和被驅送勞教只因為她是法輪功修煉者，當前在中國和梁文堅小姐同樣只因修煉法輪功，未經審理關押勞教的大約3000多人，還有35000多法輪功修煉者被肆意拘捕。本議院敦促政府支援3-4月份日內瓦聯合國人權會議通過一項決議，要求中國停止無端迫害修煉法輪功的公民。"
譯者注：
廣州法輪功學員梁文堅 (女，32歲)，曾於去年12月31日，和功友在公園郊遊進餐時，被天河公安拘捕，被判刑事拘留。同她一起被捕的大法弟子高獻民因絕食，被捆綁手腳，捂鼻，從口中強灌含鹽粒的鹽水，他於拘留期間1月17日突然死亡。據悉因窒息導致死亡。
梁文堅於今年2月3日被保釋，但2月23日被警察以"參加學習"為名叫到拘留所，即被扣留。幾小時後家屬收到她以"擾亂社會治安罪"被勞教2年，沒有逮捕證，未經審判，沒有任何法律程式。
梁文堅的母親，姐姐，姐夫，還有6歲的小外甥女都是法輪功學員，他們現在英國定居。

" That this House notes with concern the removal without
trial of Wenjian Liang (32) to a forced labour camp in Guangzhou
province for two years; notes that her detention and deportation
was based entirely on her being a practitioner of Falun Gong
meditation and that she now joins some 3,000 other Falun Gong
practitioners currently incarcerated in Chinese labour camps
and over 35,000 who have been subject to arbitrary arrest;
and urges the Government to support a resolution to the United
Nation"s Human Rights Commission in Geneva this March
and April which calls on China to end this indefensible persecution
of its own citizens."

to describe notices of motions given by Members that are not
generally expected to be debated. Effectively, the tabling
